Then add a few photos, and select your areas of interest from all those offered by the app. Once you've done that, our algorithm will analyze your profile and suggest people who seem to suit your needs and tastes.
Meeting someone, even online, doesn't happen in a matter of seconds: take the time to browse the profiles presented to you, read the descriptions written by each member and take a look at the photos they've added to their profile. Does someone seem interesting? Don't wait for them to show up, just send them a message, opening up a conversation about something in their profile or about your job (after all, that's the advantage of profession-based dating, isn't it?).
